Obstacles and challenges are inevitable in life. As a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner I have learned that working through challenges is mainly about my perspective, how I choose to approach each opponent. As a TMS coordinator, I’ve seen TMS treatment helps people reset their brains, this in turn changes their outlook of life and their chances for survival.

After obtaining my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Communications, I have worked under multiple physicians in helping patients reach their nutrition goals. While working in mental health clinics, I honed my interest in the intertwining relationship between the gut/microbiome and its effect on mental health.
My goal while working at Central California TMS Center is to bridge the connection of healthy eating habits and understanding the positive effects it has on our mental health. Through creating easy-to-follow meal plans and recipes, our clients are given an extra tool to better their mental health alongside TMS treatment.
