Mental Well Being is not only the absence of illness. It is the resiliency to face all of life’s challenges.

How to participate:

Set realistic goals 

Focus on the five areas of mental well-being: sleep, nutrition, exercise, yoga/meditation, and social connectedness.

Tell everyone

Tell your family, friends, coworkers about the challenge and your goals! Ask them to join, support, and hold you accountable!

Just Start! 

Write down what you completed for each of the five areas daily!
