The quality of food you eat impact your overall physical and mental health. Your gut is often 
referred to as your "second brain". Your gut is a very important organ to maintain your brain
headlth. Did you know 90% of Serotonin is actually produced in the gut? Eating nutritious foods
keeps your gut microbiome healthy and protects your brain.

Quick Tips:

- Limit salt, sugar & processed foods

- Eat the Rainbow: colorful vegetables, legumes, and leafy greens

- Add probiotics, omega 3s, & antioxidants

- Opt for Lean protein

- Limit saturated & trans fats

- Drink more water! At least TEN 8oz per day! 

Daily Task:

Keep a food journal - Write down what you eat & drink daily.
